INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Get personalized attention from a trained psychologist.
Make it personal
It all begins with an conversation. Maybe you want to improve your relationships. Maybe you want to feel lit up about your career again. Or maybe you have a side of yourself you’re ready to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference and I am here to help discover the truth within you.
Why Individual Therapy?
We live in a world obsessed with optimization. Hack your productivity, optimize your sleep, biohack your body... but what about hacking your most powerful tools: your mind and emotions?
Enter therapy. Not the therapy of your grandparents, filled with dusty couches and silent staring psychoanalysis. Here's the truth: Your emotions are your superpower. They drive your decisions, color your relationships, and fuel your creativity. But just like any powerful tool, they need maintenance. Untamed emotions can lead to burnout, self-doubt, and missed connections.
Therapy isn't about fixing brokenness. It's about unlocking potential. It's a safe space to explore the "whys" behind your "hows," to understand the hidden scripts shaping your reactions. Think of it as emotional archaeology, uncovering the buried patterns that hold you back.
Therapy isn't just for crisis. It's for peak performers, for anyone who wants to play a bigger game in life. It's about investing in your most valuable asset: yourself.
Remember, the most successful people in the world understand the power of their emotions. They have their own therapists, coaches, or mentors. Why? Because they know that emotional clarity is the secret weapon of the truly remarkable.

All people experience stress and anxiety from time to time. It’s only a problem when stress and anxiety start to run our lives, or when they are a constant, terrible room mate.
As a living being, we are wired to survive. Often the tools we developed to overcome stress as kids don’t work so well as an adult. Unless we’re living in a dangerous situation, it can be life-changing to learn how to escape the incredible pressure of being pursued by anxiety. This path is highly individual, and is something individual therapy can help with.

Unlike psychoanalysis, contemporary psychotherapy is a collaborative experience. A good therapist does more than nod and ask “Now, how does that make you feel?”
I am here to partner with you. I want to know what brings you joy, and where your pain points are. Together, we can figure out what’s in the way. Together, we will walk the path towards healing.

Nope! But you may have to feel your feelings.
Therapy is your time. We can (mostly) spend it how you want.
What matters most is helping you get to where you want to go. I am well trained in dealing with emotions, but it’s not a requirement to address feelings unless feelings are what’s troubling you.
…but if you’re stuck in one or more aspects of your life, chances are good that you have some overdue emotional homework. Most people benefit from working through emotions in therapy.
